When everything is working…
As part of our merger, we integrated our phone systems last July. Unbeknownst to us if you had a Comcast phone line and were calling into the Sarasota number, 941-366-1700, you were being directed to a phantom mailbox. It was not until that mailbox was full that we were alerted to the problem. (Thank you Rene for reaching out to me!)
Long story short, the problem is fixed thanks to the teams at Phone Solutions and Comcast. Unfortunately, we have no way of obtaining the messages that were left so we don’t know how many people tried to connect with us during that time. If you called the Sarasota Center from July-November and are still waiting for a call back….please accept our apologies and PLEASE give us a call!
