“In a room full of women, vulnerability is possible.”

Studies show that women’s networks offer a space to exchange advice specific to the unique challenges women face. During this webinar, we will discuss the importance of building a personal and professional network, how diversifying your own personal “Board of Directors” offers a range of benefits, from helping you gain perspective to having an advocate in and out of the workplace.

These three women will reflect on their own experience in our community of making connections, having the right people at the table, and their journey building strong networks.

We created the Wonder Women Collective when we felt our community felt isolated and focused on our differences rather than celebrating our connections. We wanted to create a space for women to connect that was inclusive, non-judgmental, and equal opportunity.

We continue to develop the concept of the Collective and how we can functionally serve the community!

Registration is free.

For almost 40 years in Sarasota and 30 years in Bradenton, WRC has been a place for women and families to turn to when they are looking for help, guidance, or information. We are here to answer questions, direct individuals to community resources and provide our services remotely. Today, the WRC serves thousands of women and families in Manatee and Sarasota counties. Our vision is to offer unique strategies and resources that encourage self-confidence, determination and a sense of place, that not only will meet immediate needs, but also provide hope for the future.

WRC is dedicated to providing direction to women of all generations by inspiring, educating, and supporting them through life’s transitions. Each month, more than 250 women arrive at the door of the Women’s Resource Center seeking help. Just like all of us have experienced at one time or another, they have reached one of life’s turning points and come to us seeking a fresh start. Whether coping with difficult family situations, concerned about finances, or simply seeking opportunities for personal growth – we are here to help on your personal journey.
