As we adapt to our “new normal,” even the way we connect as a community must evolve. In order to continue the WRC legacy theme of celebrating Wonder Women in our community – we have created the “Wonder Women Collective.”
We hope our event will bring people with different experiences and perspectives together to build a sense of unity and create conversations that engage, support, inspire and challenge us.

We believe the Wonder Women Collective
should be accessible to all. However, we are
asking for a donation during registration. Your
donation during registration can have a big
impact! Although registration to the event is
free, we also offer the choice to donate early and recevice
an event gift-bag.
All donations up to $500 will be matched 1:1 by
our presenting sponsor The Louis and Gloria
Flanzer Philanthropic Trust. Simply click the

For almost 40 years in Sarasota and 30 years in Bradenton, WRC has been a place for women and families to turn to when they are looking for help, guidance or information. We are here to answer questions, direct individuals to community resources and provide our services remotely. Today, the WRC serves thousands of women and families in Manatee and Sarasota counties. Our vision is to offer unique strategies and resources that encourage self-confidence, determination and a sense of place, that not only will meet immediate needs, but also provide hope for the future.
