Fall is a beautiful time of year – it starts our “season” of events. The first of which, the Fall Legacy Luncheon, was a sweet reminder of how impactful our programs and community can be.
It was a splendid afternoon, as we honored three trailblazing women in our community, Betsy Steiner Fraser, Deborah Kostroun, Sandy McGowan. These ladies were honored with supporters and friends at the Plantation Golf and Country Club in Venice because of the impact they’ve made in others lives and in the South Sarasota County community. While we honored these women, we heard from courageous clients’ who shared their personal stories and had life-changing experiences from programs available at WRC.
